When Michael and Anna Curley started 10 years ago, in Helensburgh "we vowed never to compromise our quality. We realise that the only proper way of achieving this was to produce as much of the fresh produce as possible ourselves. As our award winning 'Deli' has grown in size and our now established 'Coffee Shop' we still stick to the same ethos. We have a dedicated team of 'prep' staff who create as many of the basic ingredients to go into the finished dishes."

"Our 'Deli' has become the larder for our coffee shop and also for our ever expanding catering division. Unlike traditional caterers we have the added advantage of buying, at first hand, the produce in our Delicatessen therefore we can strictly monitor the quality of the Delicatessen the Coffee Shop and the catering.

Unlike other traditional caterers of which there are many in Scotland, we believe that 100% of the money you entrust in us should go into the quality of the food we present.
