RESIDENTIAL CARE WORK IN THE READING AND BRACKNELL AREA

We are a residential placement offering intensive support and therapy for the young people in our care.

If you want to work within a passionate and motivated team to make a difference in the lives of the young people then you could be who we are looking for.

A qualification in this field and/or relevant personal and life experience.

Commitment to our ethos of openness and equal communication.

The ability to work as part of a team as well as take on individual responsibility.

An understanding of young people's complex and individual needs and the willingness to find creative solutions to support them.

The Residential Worker position is full-time to include evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays and sleep-ins based on an average 37.5 hour week.
