Richard is a specialist in private and commercial conveyancing and leasing and has significant experience of marketing the purchase and sale of development and investment property.  He also covers Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries.

Liz Milligan, LLB (Hons) Dip.LP Associate

and her biography is as follows

Liz has been practicing law for 15 years and her primary focus is family and child related issues. She aims to advise clients on the best way to resolve their disputes whilst trying to minimise upset to the family. She is able to advise on a wide range of family law issues, including financial provision on separation, divorce, cohabitation issues and child contact/residence and related matters. She is also able to deal with adoption actions, applications for permanency orders and parental responsibilities actions. She has experience in the analysis, preparation and presentation of cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and is involved regularly in Sheriff Court appearances. She is a member of the Family Law Association and is a notary public.
